Meet the Team

Kiko Zhou

Kiko is a ten-year-old shepherd mix who was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. She immigrated to Brooklyn, New York at the age of two where she was rescued by her mom, Shu Yi. In Baku. Now, she has three beds, two humans at her service, and she still occasionally enjoys browsing garbage much to Shu Yi’s dismay. At Inspira, Kiko holds a key position as our Chief Fun Officer and ensures for our emotional and mental well-being through giving her belly rubs and treats.

When Shu Yi was in graduate school at Harvard, Kiko made sure her assignments were due on time and even participated in online lectures.
